As American Ninja Warrior season 13 fades into the rearview, we’re taking some time to digest everything that happened. There are, of course, the very obvious accomplishments, like 15-year-old Kaden Lebsack making it to Stage Four. But there are so many accomplishments that can’t be fully appreciated until we take a look back at the whole season.
Ninjas don’t HAVE to hit a buzzer to make it to the National Finals. Placing high enough on the leaderboard will do the trick. But it’s certainly a great moment to clear a Qualifying course. It’s even more impressive to follow it up with a Semifinals buzzer. Go on to clear Stage One? That’s a pretty fantastic season regardless of what happens after that.
Today, we looked back over season 13 to discover which Ninjas hit three buzzers in a row. According to our notes (but correct us if we’re wrong!), there are 15 Ninjas who hit the Qualifying, Semifinals, and Stage One buzzer. Six of those were the invited teens between the ages of 15-18.
- Adam Rayl
- Jake Murray
- Jesse Labreck
- Joe Moravsky* (Okay, we know he fell on the first Stage One run, but does that one “count”? And he cleared the course with food poisoning!)
- Jonathan Godbout (teen)
- Josiah Pippel (teen)
- Kaden Lebsack (teen)
- Kai Beckstrand (teen)
- Kyle Soderman
- Matt Bradley
- Max Feinberg (teen)
- Mike Silenzi
- Sean Bryan
- Tyler Yamauchi
- Vance Walker (teen)
A round of applause to all these competitors! They made it to Stage Two of the National Finals with a perfect season behind them.
