How to watch American Ninja Warrior: Stage One of the National Finals

There are only THREE episodes left of American Ninja Warrior! Season 13 moves to the National Finals this Monday and things are going to be exciting. Remember, it’s buzzer or nothing now. Adam Rayl’s preview run gave us a look at the changes to the course, including how Split Decision will come into play.

All told, 68 Ninjas will attempt Stage One. Only those who complete all the obstacles in the time limit will move on to Stage Two. On night one, we’ll see the first group of Ninjas hit the course. Here’s how to tune in!

(Here’s a little tidbit about night two of the National Finals, which airs on Monday, September 6. We’ll see the conclusion of Stage One AND the start of Stage Two.)
