After missing out on the Las Vegas National Finals in American Ninja Warrior season 10 because of an injury, Tiana Webberley made a comeback in season 11. She had a shocking fall in Qualifiers—but still made it through—and then timed out on the Warped Wall in Stage One. Tiana has spent the last few months hard at work and crushing Ninja courses to be the strongest, fastest, and best competitor she can be in season 12.

The Warped Wall is going to be a piece of cake for Sweet T this year.

Congrats on the National Ninja League hardware!

Check out her NNL World Finals run—and always positive attitude!

Tiana also got a NEW PUPPY! Say hello to Allie Grace!

Allie Grace is getting so big already and is such a big help with Ninja training!

When bodyweight chin-ups just aren’t hard enough, add a plate or two, right?

Diabetes runs in my family, and seeing firsthand from my mom how much it can take a toll on your health *from previously not managing it properly* has always been a huge motivation for me to stay as healthy as I can be. At every check up, the doctors consistently tell me to keep up my EXERCISE because thats one of the best ways to help potentially prevent/manage it. Finding @resultsfitnessscv has been an absolute game changer! Such incredible coaches & teammates there always keeping me motivated through all my ups and downs. I currently feel the strongest & healthiest I have ever been thanks to their help and support. No matter what my goal is I know they will always have my back. Grateful to be apart of this magnificent gym family and always feel absolutely safe there. This is one of many reasons why Gyms are Essential, especially with diabetes and obesity being so prevalent nowadays it’s so important for people to stay healthy & strong now more than ever. Thank you Coach @alwyncosgrove @rachcosgrove @sawyershea and the entire @resultsfitnessscv fam for your remarkable dedication to the entire community and fitness industry! Studies show the stronger and more fit you are, the better chance you have at fighting the virus- @cagovernor @gavinnewsom @cafitalliance please let gyms open so they can help the community do just that! • • *Disclaimer- This is Pre Closure footage and the 2nd video is the gym practicing SAFE social distance training when it was allowed to temporarily reopen*
