Since his debut in American Ninja Warrior season seven, Grant McCartney has competed in five seasons in a row, making it to Stage Two of the Las Vegas National Finals three times. The flight attendant from Honolulu quickly made a name for himself as the Island Ninja and is known for his positive attitude. In season 10, Grant didn’t qualify for National Finals and came back for season 11 with a renewed focus. In season 11, Grant made it to Stage Two and was eliminated by the Extension Ladder, the second obstacle.

Since then, the Island Ninja has been spending his time with the Junior Ninjas, keeping up his Ninja skills, and having a little fun, too.
