Part two of The Titan Games’ Eastern Region competition introduced us to four challengers who wanted it all. On the men’s side, Ryan Steenberg and Andrew Hanus locked horns over three games. On the women’s side, Michelle Lewis tried her hardest against Dasha Kuret, but never found her footing.
None of that mattered when it came time for Mount Olympus. Both Ryan and Dasha found themselves struggling to match wits with the mountain as the reigning Titans, Will Sutton and Haley Johnson, made themselves right at home.
Learn how it played out below!
The Titans: Will Sutton and Haley Johnson
Game one - Launch Pad
The challengers: Michelle Lewis vs Dasha Kuret
The moment: Michelle never settled into a rhythm that would allow her to get high enough to kick down the panels. After a few test kicks, Dasha found her pace and her first win.

Game three - Kick Out
The challengers: Ryan Steenberg vs Andrew Hanus
The moment: This quickly turned into a power battle when both reached the gold piston. Ryan landed huge kicks that shoved the piston deep across the divide. Andrew was only nudging it back an inch at a time. When Ryan lost his grip and fell, it was a chance for Andrew to turn the tide. But when he couldn’t get leverage, Ryan returned to the game closed out the competition, forcing a tie-breaker.
The winner: Ryan Steenberg

Game four - Over the Edge
The challengers: Michelle Lewis vs Dasha Kuret
The moment: Michelle pulled the rope taut first, but Dasha inched it to her side and cleared a path to Mount Olympus.
The winner: Dasha Kuret

Game five - Herculean Pull - Tie breaker
The challengers: Ryan Steenberg vs Andrew Hanus
The moment: This was another back and forth fight for these two. Andrew had a slight lead on the gold pole, but Ryan was a beast and halted the forward progress. Both took falls, and climbed back up, leveling the playing field. Andrew fell for a second time, giving Ryan the relief he needed to hit his target and take Andrew out of the game.
The winner: Ryan Steenberg

Mount Olympus
- Haley Johnson vs Dasha Kuret
The moment: Haley quickly fell back into the pattern of running her own race, unruffled by the competition. When Dasha seriously struggled with the Log Lift, Haley earned a lead that could have allowed her to stop for a nap and still win. She’ll be a Titan for another week at least.
The Titan: Haley Johnson

- Will Sutton vs Ryan Steenberg
The moment: This race ended pretty quickly. Will had another nimble start and was off to do his thing. Sadly, Ryan injured his bicep on the Iron Ascent and called the game. Will frolicked through a few more obstacles while Dwayne Johnson helped Ryan climb down.
