An unlikely champion had everyone smiling.

With the Central and West Regions done, that just leaves the East! The Titan Games moved into the last leg of its competition before the championships. In this region, UFC Champion Tyron Woodley and Olympic Gold Medalist Snowboarder Hannah Teter were the elite Titans.

But, that status didn’t last long. A country-loving, mullet-rocking school teacher and a US Army Registered Nurse had something to say about it. After five fierce games, they dominated in their first trips up Mount Olympus.

Here’s how it all went down!

The Titans:

  • UFC Champion Tyron Woodley
  • Olympic Gold Medalist Snowboarder Hannah Teter

Game one - Chain Linked

The challengers: Haley Johnson vs Cynthia Gauthier

The moment: It looked like Haley would lose her lead when she hesitated to jump to the last panels. Once she got over her fear, she still managed to overtake Cynthia’s progress.

The winner: Haley Johnson

Game five - Herculean Pull - Tiebreaker

The challengers: Kareem Brinson vs Will Sutton

Mount Olympus

  • Hannah Teter vs Haley Johnson

The moment: The trouble started for Hannah when she struggled on the Box Flip, clearing the lead for Haley. Haley settled into a slow, but steady pace. By the time she reached the arena floor, it looked like she had this in the bag. Haley had no trouble with the Ball and Chain whereas Hannah wasn’t able to budge it. The elite Titan was unthroned.

The Titan: Haley Johnson

  • Tyron Woodley vs Will Sutton

The moment: In one of the season’s most pleasant surprises, the unlikely Will unleashed his secret superpowers, flying through Mount Olympus. You couldn’t help but smile for this jovial guy. He won with amble room to spare, taking the title for himself.
