Two-time American Ninja Warrior City Finalist and founder of The Ninjababes podcast, Cara Paolillo, announced on Instagram that she and boyfriend Kyle Mack got engaged! Kyle used the diamond from Cara’s grandmother’s engagement ring in a new setting, making the moment extra sentimental.

Cara has competed in two seasons of American Ninja Warrior. In season 10, she ran the Philadelphia course and wrestled with the infamous Lightning Bolts. In season 11, Cara ran in Baltimore.

With The Ninjababes, she hosts a podcast and has other resources to empower girls and women. The goal of the organization is to “unify female ninja warrior athletes to build strong community, support, and camaraderie.”

The podcast includes insightful discussions with American Ninja Warrior competitors like Jessie Graff, Maggi Thorne, Caitlyn Bergstrom, and Tiana Webberley, That list could go on and on. Listen in for a fantastic way to get to know your favorite competitors, as well as gain an introduction to some newer faces that will absolutely inspire you.

Cara, thank you for everything you do for the Ninja Warrior community! Wishing you many, many years of happiness. Congratulations to the newly engaged couple!
