How to watch American Ninja Warrior: Night one of Semi-Finals

All four of the Qualifying rounds are wrapped up and American Ninja Warrior is ready to kick off the Semi-Finals! Just over 60 Ninjas made the cut, one way or another. They’ll get to try their hand at the extended course this time around.

The competition is going to quickly be whittled away. Only the top 12 (and top two women if there are not two in the top 12) from each Semi-Finals episode will advance into the Finals. This first episode will set the tone. Will it be a struggle to survive the course, or will the Ninjas be racing to the buzzer for a strong time? Tune in to find out!
