Ouch. That’s all we have to say about American Ninja Warrior’s Semi-Finals course. It seemed like a pretty simple journey to the back half, but then the competitors faced two daunting new obstacles. First, there was Josh Norton’s Corkscrew (the season 11 Obstacle Design Challenge winner). It looked like it wanted to tear the Ninjas apart as it hurled them into the water.
After that, the survivors faced The Dungeon, which existed solely to wring every drop of strength out of their bodies. In the end, five Ninjas hit the buzzer on the first night of the Semi-Finals. Read on for the breakdown of the course.
