Who is faster — the Ninja dad or the Ninja son?

It’s no surprise that as American Ninja Warrior (and now American Ninja Warrior Junior) have gained popularity, more and more kids are getting into the sport. And who can blame them? We can’t think of anyone who wouldn’t want to swing, jump, and run their way through an obstacle course.

Ninja is also becoming a family affair in many households, as we saw with the Bergstrom Bunch last season and now with father/son Ninja duo, Brian and Kai Beckstrand.

Kai was a Champion in season 1 of American Ninja Warrior Junior, while his father, Brian, featured on seasons 7 and 8 of ANW.

They designed a course that was fair to both father and son and each got to run the course three times. They took the best time of the three runs. Check out the video to see who won!
