Leading up to the American Ninja Warrior Seattle/Tacoma City Qualifiers, this region was the talk of the Ninja community. No one could wait to see the very first indoor course! Lucky for us, it didn’t disappoint. We had 13 finishers, including the always entertaining Jake Murray, our first mom finisher, Sandy Zimmerman, a Mega Wall victory by Lance Pekus, and a show-stopping “coming home” performance by Jessie Graff. We also saw a great Power Tower race between Leif Sundberg and Sean Bryan, with Sean walking away with the coveted Speed Pass. So far, Drew Drechsel has been the only Ninja able to secure both the Speed Pass and the Safety Pass. Does Sean Bryan have what it takes to be the second Ninja with both passes?
Tonight is the night to find out! Tune in to NBC at 8/7c for more Seattle/Tacoma fun in the great indoors. In the meantime, here are some sneak peaks to put you in the Ninja state of mind.
Although somewhat problematic at the beginning of the season, we’re hoping all the Ninjas have perfected the Shrinking Steps for City Finals.

Will Jake have more fun surprises for us, or will be take a serious approach to the City Finals?

Meagan made us a bit nervous during the City Qualifiers. Will her City Finals run be enough to earn a spot in Vegas?

Boy Scout Ninja, Jackson Meyer, adjusts the Salmon Ladder. We hope he also has success adjusting to whatever is on the back half of the course.

He’s looking strong out there. Can the Papal Ninja secure both the Speed Pass and the Safety Pass this season?

Even the Seattle Seahawk’s “The Blue Thunder” drumline was in the house, cheering for the Ninjas. Don’t miss all the action tonight on NBC at 8/7c.
