Matt and Akbar are not pulling any punches on ‘Lip Sync Battle’

American Ninja Warrior hosts Matt Iseman and Akbar Gbajabiamila are headed to “Lip Sync Battle” on the Paramount Network, and even the teasers are stressing us out. This is supposed to be a friendly competition, but these two are digging deep and crossing some lines.

First up, there was this game of “Liar, Liar,” where Akbar makes his opinions on Matt’s shot at a professional sports career PERFECTLY clear. (And there’s some talk about who takes a dump in who’s trailer on the set of Ninja Warrior that just makes us scream, “WHY?”)

Matt released this teaser pic, which had us on edge already.

It’s apparently going to lead to this.

Which is then going to lead to this. Never doubt Matt’s commitment to a project.

Akbar, the gauntlet has been more than thrown. It’s been launched with like a rocket ship. You better be ready to go big.

And it looks like he plans on playing RIGHT to the judges to angle for the win.

We just really hope the two can maintain a professional working relationship after this. We need them for American Ninja Warrior.
