When it comes to getting fit for American Ninja Warrior, you have to think about everything—upper body, core, lower body, grip, and even mental strength—so we’ve been sharing some videos made by Ninjas to give you some new ideas.

We’ve posted full-body workout ideas from Ninja Natalie, core exercises from Tiana Webberley, and yesterday we talked about the importance of lock-off strength (and shared some Ninja training videos!).
