POLL RESULTS: Who could be the next American Ninja Warrior Champion?

We asked a big question earlier this week: Who could be the next American Ninja Warrior Champion?

The results were split, but a Drew Drechsel repeat narrowly edged out the other options:

That being said, there were a handful of solid options thrown out in the ANWN comments and on Facebook:

• Najee Richardson
• Sean Bryan
• Adam Rayl
• Ethan Swanson
• Mathis Owhadi
• Brent Steffensen
• Jessie Graff

And then some fans believe that the course creators are going to step up the challenge on the course. In the poll comments, Walter Price said: “No one. ANW will make the course more difficult. I predict fewer will beat stage 2 and no one will beat stage 3. It may be 3 or 4 years before another winner is crowned.”

On Facebook, Chris Oseguera thinks the same thing: “I believe they’re gonna make the next course really really hard to conquer.” Charles S Bush added: “The last time we had a winner they made it a ton harder the next season. They likely will again.”

Every year we see different challenges on the course, so it will be interesting to see how the Ninjas respond... but hey—only a few more months until we find out, right?
