How to train for the Warped Wall

Ninja Evan Dollard gives a few tips for conquering the wall as well as exercises to build leg strength.

The Warped Wall is an American Ninja Warrior staple. It’s one of the obstacles that I can’t image ever going away and gets bigger and taller each season. The Warped Wall is found in every City Qualifier and City Final, yet it can still be a tricky hurdle for some Ninjas.

In this video, Ninja Evan Dollard (seasons 2, 3, 4, 6, 7) gives a few tips for conquering the wall as well as exercises to build the strength you’ll need:
