There are many ways to be successful on American Ninja Warrior. With everyone from gymnasts to parkour athletes to rock climbers, we see technical runners who take their time, those who excel at tricky balance obstacles, and the Ninjas who go as fast as humanly possible.

We know many of you are out there working on your submission videos for season 12, so for this Motivation Monday, we put together a round-up of some of the fastest runs in ANW history. Enjoy!
