The #10YearChallenge, Ninja Warrior style

Look at how much they’ve changed!

Whether you’re into it or not, hashtag trends are a thing. The latest one to gather some steam is the #10YearChallenge. It encourages people to upload a photo from 10 years ago, side by side with a current photo. The comparison shows how much we’ve changed, or not changed in the past decade.

Let’s take a look at how some of our Ninja Warriors have grown up over the years.

Update: Apparently, we were a few days early with this because a flood of Ninja #10YearChallenge posts have happened lately! We’re updating this article to include those.

Joe Moravsky once had an earring. This is important information.

Jimmy Choi has gone through a massive life change that brought him to Ninja Warrior.

Brent Steffensen looks pretty similar to us!

Casey Suchocki had some flowing locks!

We’re not even convinced these pictures of Akbar Gbajabiamila were taken 10 years apart.

Matt Iseman didn’t post this as part of the challenge, but we think it’s good enough to include. That FORM!

Lance Pekus had to fit a few more faces into his most recent photo.

David Campbell shared his first every profile picture.

Tremayne Dortch showed off his evolution of style (and abs).

Erica Cook looks... pretty darn similar.

We’re including this one from “Arrow” actor Stephen Amell because it was a big deal when he did Celebrity Ninja Warrior and it’s an excellent example of the #10YearChallenge.

Not bad.

Anna Shumaker moved from gymnastics to Ninja in the past years.

This post from Jessie Graff is obviously a little older than 10 years. But we put it in because we love the message she delivered and we make the rules around here.

Speaking of which, here’s #Nota10YearChallenge from Jamie Rahn that we wanted to include as well. He has undergone a huge transformation and Ninja Warrior has been there through a lot of it.

Back to our regularly scheduled programing, Charity LeBlanc has been on a style evolution.

Devin Harrelson has grown into the Dougie we know today.

Let’s close it out with an American Ninja Warrior #10YearChallenge. Travis McClure put together an article detailing the development of the Ninja Warrior logo for the launch of season 10.

Here’s American Ninja Warrior’s first logo, from about 10 years ago.

And here we are when the show headed into its tenth season.
