Jessie Graff is starting off 2018 by giving us all some awesome tips to help care for our bodies. First, there was the veggie challenge. Now, she’s released a great Facebook Live video detailing “Ninjury prevention” tips.
Jessie is joined in the video by Dr. Jen Esquer, who goes by @DocJenFit online.
Together, they discuss and demonstrate stretches and exercises designed to focus on the muscle imbalances created by frequent Ninja training.
The broadcast came at a perfect time. With season 10 of American Ninja Warrior on the horizon, Ninjas are deep into their intense training regimens. But no one wants an injury to hold them back.
Jessie and Dr. Jen utilize many tools in the video, like bands, weights, and, you know, an ax. Of course, Sammo Hog stops by too.
