What you didn’t see: Stage One of the National Finals

Now that Stage One of the American Ninja Warrior National Finals is complete, we can take a look back at what there wasn’t time to show you on TV!

100 Ninjas qualified to take on the course, and 95 of them did just that (injuries or other prevented five from competing). Making it to the National Finals is a huge accomplishment and we want to congratulate every single Ninja who made it that far, whether they fell on Snake Run, or hit the buzzer.

We saw on TV: 35 course completions were shown

Night of recording: 41 Ninjas put together incredible runs

We saw on TV: 16 Ninjas fail the new Double Dipper

Night of recording: 18 Ninjas fell there

We saw on TV: 8 end their runs on the Flying Squirrel (including those who timed out while on the obstacle)

Night of recording: Yes! Eight Ninjas ran into trouble on the pesky Squirrel
