Here’s the spoiler: No, Ninja Warrior fans. It’s not real.

The video is of American Ninja Warrior legend Brent Steffensen after five hours of makeup. The producers even dropped hints along the way that it was all just a little bit of fun. The “competitor’s” last name is Hickenlooper, which is also the last name of Colorado’s Governor, who was at the Denver taping. His “wife” was really Matt Iseman’s mom, who has already appeared in a joke video this season.

So there you have it. Anyone can be a Ninja Warrior, but Arthur Hickenlooper is not.
