American Ninja Warrior host Matt Iseman just dropped a little video of what it’s like in the host tower he shares with Akbar Gbajabiamila.

They have a cool monitor that shows them all of the action up close.

There’s a screen displaying the results live so they know who’s heading into the next rounds and who’s on the bubble to be bumped out.
