So what if he didn't make it back to the top of Mount Midoriyama? Geoff Britten is THE first American Ninja Warrior. In season eight, he completed the one of the hardest City Qualifying courses in show’s history to extend his streak of consecutive courses cleared.
In his parting performance, Geoff left as a champion. He crushed Travis Rosen and Brian Arnold in the Thunderbolt challenge as part of the All Star Special.

Although season eight was the last season for Geoff (at least for a few years) his legacy will remain. The rest of the ninjas will be chasing his perfect season.
