Najee Richardson leads with his heart on and off the American Ninja Warrior course. In season nine of the show, he flew through the stages, becoming one of only three Ninjas to take on Stage Three of the National Finals. He ended each run with a huge smile for his family.
Now, during the holiday season, Najee is leading with his heart once more.
Najee is working with Support Center for Child Advocates in Philadelphia. SCCA’s mission is to advocate for victims of child abuse and neglect with the goal of securing safety, justice, well-being and a permanent, nurturing environment for every child. Najee will be helping with their Christmas Toy Drive.
“I am so excited to partner with Support Center for Child Advocates. The work they do every day to improve the lives of children who have endured abuse and neglect is truly incredible. It’s humbling to be a small part of the work they are doing and I can’t wait to deliver Christmas presents to those children in need,” Najee shared.
He’s on a two-part mission for SCCA. Step one takes place on December 14. Najee is inviting fans out to SCCA’s Philadelphia Center City office to meet him in person and bring a toy to donate.
"I’m hoping that the entire Ninja community, especially those close to Philadelphia will come out on December 14th between 10am and noon with an unwrapped toy and help make this Christmas extra special for the 1,700 children in Philadelphia who Support Center for Child Advocates serves!”
The next step will be when Najee heads out to deliver those toys to families himself!
