A. Deign and Co, the casting company responsible for American Ninja Warrior just tweeted out some big news: The age limit for competitors has been lowered from 21 to 19!
This is huge for younger competitors who have been training for the show for years, but still had to wait to apply. They can now send in their applications for season 10. They have until January 2 to submit their videos!
