Grant Clinton’s journey to the American Ninja Warrior stage was far from a simple one.
Just six month before he took to the Oklahoma City course, Grant experienced a stroke that left him in the ICU for seven days after emergency brain surgery. He and his family faced the very real possibility that their time together was going to be cut short.
But Grant pulled through, applied to American Ninja Warrior, and gave us one of the most inspiring runs of the season.
Not only did he have a terrific run, but he completed the course, one of only two Ninjas to do so! Watching Grant ascend the Invisible Ladder and hit the buzzer was a deeply rewarding moment for every one who got to witness it.
