Michael Stanger’s Indianapolis qualifying run

Michael Stanger had an emotional run in Indianapolis. Since we saw him as a walk-on last season, his two young daughters have been diagnosed with Ehlers Danlos syndrome, which leaves Michael as the caretaker to both them and his wife Enedina who also has the rare genetic disorder.

Michael and his family use the show as a way to focus their energies on something positive. While he didn’t make it to the buzzer this season, Michael still hit his goal of making his family smile.
