Justin Sheaffer, a competitor on season four of American Ninja Warrior, has made it his mission to help more Ninjas conquer Mount Midoriyama, starting at the very beginning.

He’s just debuted “Ninja Warrior from Scratch” a website and video series all about how to go from couch to course. The exercises are totally manageable and will help you work up to your next stage of Ninja skills.

We like how accessible this course is. This isn’t one of those “beginner” workouts that starts with 10 pull ups as a warm up. You can genuinely start from any level, even if one pull up is a future goal.

Some of the exercises do require some Ninja equipment, but Ninja Warrior from Scratch can help you with that too. You can download a complete list of Ninja gyms to find one near you.
