The American Ninja Warrior Philadelphia Qualifiers saw a historic four women move on to the City Finals, more than any other city in the show history.
Jesse Labreck, Michelle Warnky, Allyssa Beird and Rachael Goldstein all made it far enough fast enough to move on. Jesse would then qualify for the National Finals, a first for a woman in her rookie season.
Aside from being incredibly strong, these women are incredibly supportive of each other and look like a ton of fun to hang out with. We’ve collected some examples for you.
Here’s when the four women did an interview together about their accomplishment. Jesse Labreck’s face is all of us comprehending our own greatness.
Look at the muscles!
Some of the STRONGEST ladies I know! Congrats @michellewarnky @abeird @flexlabreck on your amazing runs last night - You all work so hard, are so talented, and an inspiration to so many! #lookatthosemuscles #owowww #fantasticfour #strength #fit #americanninjawarrior #ninjaladies #strong #inspire #hardwork #teamninjawarrior #motivation #flex
At the iCore Fitness NNL qualifier, Jesse and Allyssa took first and second place and had no interest in taking themselves too seriously.
Michelle Warnky issues a weekly challenge for other Ninjas to aspire to, proving that she helps set the bar for success in this sport.
Alrighty, fun and pretty quick #warnkychallengewednesday today! I remember @jamierahn telling me a few years ago to try hanging one handed on the cliff hanger, and we were both shocked how quickly we came off compared to with 2 hands. So try it out! Another fun option is to time yourself hanging with both hands on a ledge first. Then, once you're rested, try hanging with each hand, and see what percentage you get of your two handed hang time. (I love math!)
She’s not one to shy away from any challenge herself, even a mechanical bull.
I love riding mechanical bulls! I got to ride one in Kazakhstan and loved it. We got to try it yesterday and it was awesome. After @pkboarder did so well and she asked him to make it harder, we had a fun challenge! He started me out easy and bumped it up to 60% which was intense! I asked if I could try 100% and he said he had only let 2 people do that before and one was a professional bull rider, but if I came back later I could try it! Sadly we ran out of time, but he was definitely right, I am sore today from it!! So much fun!!
Jesse and Allyssa give Michelle’s weekly challenges a try, with varying results but huge smiles.
Rachael gets creative with with her workouts too and WHOA that core strength.

She can even stay positive during an injury.
Well. This is one if the last things I wanted to have happen. On a balance obstacle I can (literally), do with my eyes closed, I slipped and fell. My feet slipped one way and my upper body went the other way. I caught myself with my right hand, hyperextending my elbow. ER doctor told me nothing was broken....then someone competent (more like awesome) at their job found 3 fractures. More xrays to come. My ulnar collateral ligament was stretched to the max but luckily didn't tear. Trying to stay positive and waiting until its not so tender so I can work on other things in the meantime. #ninjury #anw #ughhhh #thissucks #ouch #ninjafail
